Chaba Meditation Samana

I came to Chaba Meditation after suffering serious back problems accompanied by severe sciatica for over 8 months. During this period I could not do anything without incurring immense pain, be it lying down, standing, sitting or walking. Basically, it started with slipped disc , affecting my L1 to L5.
