My overall experience was excellent and completely satisfying. I had the opportunity to meet the CEO, Mr. Abhishek Gagneja, who is extremely humble, polite, and professional in nature. He genuinely focuses on customer satisfaction and provides great guidance. A special thanks to Kamal Bhai, who showed us all the machines and explained every detail very clearly and patiently. His product knowledge, professionalism, and friendly behavior made the entire selection process smooth and easy. The quality of the equipment is top-class, the showroom is well-maintained, and the entire staff is very cooperative and supportive. I would also like to mention that in December 2025, I successfully inaugurated my gym “The Gorilla Gym” located at UP-40, Bahraich, using equipment purchased from here.
