Hands down one of the best gyms ive been too in Ohio , Crazy selection of protein drinks and energy supps. ,Wide range of equipment , wish I lived closer id buy a year membership no questions asked , They have all the machines that most commercial gyms dont offer and an environment that you can tell that everyone there is serious about fitness and betterment, props to the owner , You definitely should branch out Cleveland / Akron/Kent areas all need a Warehouse.💪🔥
About 4 months ago I walked in for a day pass. Today my routine consist of daily workouts and trips to the sauna. This is the best gym I have found since moving to Ohio 3 years ago. Worth the 20 minute drive!
Best gym I've ever been to. I'm a big vibes guy and everyone here respects the equipment and is here to get a good workout in; and not taking up machines talking the whole lift. There is always new equipment and the gym is always clean. This place is phenomenal!
I've been really happy with this gym. It has an old-school feel, which I actually enjoy, and it has all the equipment I need for a great workout. It's never overly crowded, so it's easy to get in, do my workout, and leave without waiting around. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is that some of the equipment and facilities could use a little updating. Overall, it's a great, convenient gym, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward place to work out.
Great little hidden gym. Medina ohio. Old school vibe. A lot of older equipment will maintained. Garage doors for fresh air is a plus.. posing room with a back mirror. I saw an original Nautilus piece of equipment. Turf Area.. cardio equipment You can but protein and supplements there. There a separate bank training area with its own garage door. Friendly staff. I rated it an8.9! If you're in that area you really should drop in.
