Always use this gym when visiting and always friendly with an excellent array of equipment. Ideal for beginners through to hard core, highly recommend.
Best gym I have been to by far, great staff, great machines, and no one looks at you in a snobby way, it's like being part of a family there
Joined this gym 3 weeks ago after been a member of graves gym for 2 years and i have to say wish id done it sooner. There are some really muscly guys in there and some people like me (fat and old) but everyone fits in, its a great atmosphere, loads of equipment so you wont be stuck for something to go on and then after get a drink or protein shake in the cafe. If your looking for a new gym you wont get better than here. Keep up the good work Ryan and team
Called in the other week had a good look round. They have all the top equipment in here.loads of plate loaded equipment and hammer strength. This place is for serious bodybuilding no messing around with light weight equipment if your into proper bodybuilding this is for you.also you can order meals or protein shakes for when you have done your workout. This is a very good gym.the only reason I did not join is because when you join initially it's £50.thats £20 joining fee £30 a month. It's a bit out of my price range.
