Went to a drop in play session and my 2 yr old really enjoyed himself! Fun equipment for toddlers. Happy faces welcoming us at reception and in general, had a good time! Will be back.
Our daughter enrolled here last week and she absolutely loved it. We where made to feel very welcome and the staff where very professional. You are kept very well informed from the off.
Booked for a 5th birthday party. Communication very difficult beforehand. No staff on arrival to greet us. Searched around for 10 minutes to find someone to find two young girls sat down on thier phones in the play gym. had been informed we could arrive 15 minutes beforehand to set up decorations and food, but a party was still taking place so had to miss half the party and go to set up inbetween the party. Very over priced for what you get. And all felt very unorganised.
We did half a term. My daughter's confidence and enthusiasm was lost instantly. Parents are not welcome to watch (despite my concerns about my child that I discussed with staff). Alarm bells.
Visited today for the first time in a while and was greeted with the same rude, surly employees as i remember from a previous visit. They are extremely cocky and unfriendly and the session pretty uninspiring. Needless to say i wont be bothering to go back..
