I started training at JB Fitness 4 months before my wedding because I wanted get in shape and feel more confident. JB Fitness is great, I have been coming here for almost a year now. The classes perfectly slot in to my weekly routine and I feel stronger than ever. More importantly the class is a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people in the area. James, Ella and Paige are really attentive trainers and always build bespoke training sessions for you as an individual based on your abilities and goals. Thanks so much guys!

I've really enjoyed my time working with James and the guys at JB fitness. Before joining I was a serial gym joiner who would never attend, claiming life was too hectic. Getting into a regular morning routine wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, and seeing the same friendly faces and chatter during warm up made the sessions enjoyable. I feel a lot leaner since joining and the muscles in my arms have improved tenfold. Big thanks to James, Michael & Ella.

James, Michael and Ellie are brilliant motivational trainers. I really don't like getting up in the mornings but these guys make it a fun experience so I keep coming back. The other group members are also lovely and we have a laugh while we train. I have definitely noticed a change in my fitness and I am definitely more toned than I was.
