Do Mateusza zgłosiłem się z powodu bólu pleców. Wiadomo, praca siedząca itd. Odkąd chodzę na treningi (od stycznia) problem zniknął jak ręką odjął. Trening jest dostosowany do waszych możliwości, ale uprzedzam, będzie się z Was lało jak ze świnki,) Mati jest "elastyczny", nie ma problemu z przekładaniem terminu. Mateusz is a high professional trainer. He is able to lead you through a training of good quality while you are having fun. He is very flexibel with the appointment and fluent in english. Ems helped me a lot to get fit quickly after my pregnancies. Highly recommended.
