A great place, I highly recommend it! Great results in a great atmosphere. If you're wondering whether EMS classes are worth trying, this is the place to go. You won't regret it!
I highly recommend EMS Fit & Training Zone for their personalized approach to client needs. EMS works wonders. My abdominal wall had a life of its own. Thanks to EMS, I've been able to control it for the first time in years.
Taki "treningowy fastfood" szczerze polecam
Mateusz is a high professional trainer. He is able to lead you through a training of good quality while you are having fun. He is very flexibel with the appointment and fluent in english. Ems helped me a lot to get fit quickly after my pregnancies. Highly recommended.
I recommend it! A great place to exercise if you value your time. Professional training in a friendly atmosphere. I was skeptical about this type of training until I went for the first time. I highly recommend EMS training under Mateusz's guidance!
