We had our daughter's birthday in the gymnastics room at FMA Evesham and could not be happier with the experience. The communication beforehand was excellent and everything was set out as expected when arrived. On the day itself, Toby did a fantastic job of welcoming us, tailoring activities and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Would recommend 100%
My daughter is having her trampoline classes there, and she loves going every time ❤️ The soft play is also really good and clean ( most of the time). The staff is always helpful and friendly 😊 Overall, it is a good place for kids 😊
I recently enrolled my two daughters here, and unfortunately, our initial experience has been underwhelming, primarily due to the state of the facilities. There are several infrastructure and maintenance issues that significantly impact the environment for both students and parents: Inadequate Restrooms: There is currently only one functioning toilet for the entire facility, which is insufficient for the volume of people. Unreliable Connectivity: The WiFi connection is highly sporadic. Audio/Atmosphere: The overall environment is excessively loud. Compounding this, the music system seems to rely on the unstable internet connection, causing it to constantly cut in and out. This creates a very disruptive and irritating atmosphere. Viewing Cameras: The observation cameras frequently drop their feed, which is frustrating for parents trying to watch their children's progress. Overall, the facility's current setup leaves a poor first impression. I hope management takes this feedback constructively and considers making the necessary upgrades to improve the experience for families.
Had a really poor experience when I visited this weekend for a public session. My 3 year old toddler was removed from the toddler area by some rude older children and their parents to practice their routine. All the toys and apparatus was taken away and whenever my 3 year old tried to play he was shouted at by the snobby parents and the other kids. I informed a staff member who literally couldn't care and just said to me "I dont know to do". The only saving grace was the manager who sorted it out quickly and was very pleasant. The 2 staff on duty spent most of their time on their phones and did not move from their spot by the door. Offering no advice or help to the children playing. Not sure I will come back again.
Gym movers was over run by toddlers so the older children couldnt get on the running mat during the half term Staff miserable. They couldnt decide which till to use to check in . Only supervision on the trampoline. Wouldnt recommend for school age children .
