Crush It Fit - Gym in Scituate, United States

Scituate, United States

The most convincing review here comes from a member who stuck around, which is worth more than a first-week rave. In December 2024 they write that they joined a year and a half earlier and have "never been this consistent or made it this long at any other gym." Then they get specific about the format: 30-minute classes, run by a coach named Doug, that stay varied and don't waste a second. Their honest caveat is the part I trust: the workouts are "never (ever) easy." A long-term member telling you it's hard, not just fun, is the review doing real work.

What Crush It Fit actually is

This is a small-group coaching gym in Scituate built around short, high-intensity classes rather than open floor time. The 30-minute structure comes up in nearly every review, and people frame it as the reason they actually show up. An August 2025 member puts the appeal plainly: "The thirty minute classes are so easy to fit into my schedule." So the product isn't a big equipment room, it's a time-efficient coached session, and the coaching is clearly centered on one person, Doug, whose name recurs in the praise.

A comparison worth catching

One August 2025 review does something useful: it names the alternative. This member says that a year earlier they'd joined "another fitness center," and that Crush It is "so much better," because instead of feeling drained and bored they're excited to work out again. When a reviewer contrasts their current gym against a specific prior one, the endorsement carries more weight than generic praise. It's a switch with a reason attached.

Where the average comes from, and what it's selling

The listing shows a flat 5.0 across 42 ratings, and the written reviews are uniformly glowing. Be clear-eyed about what that reflects. A coached, small-group gym attracts people who want structure and accountability, and those who don't like it tend to leave quietly rather than post. Several reviews also cite weight-loss results, including one June 2026 member down 14 pounds in under six weeks after adding the nutrition plan. I can't verify those numbers, and results like that depend heavily on the individual, so read them as personal outcomes, not a promise. What the 5.0 reliably tells you is that the people who stay are very satisfied with the coaching and the format.

What's missing

No review states a class price or what the nutrition plan costs, which matters because coached small-group training usually sits above a standard gym membership. Posted hours are early, with 5:00 openings on weekdays, which suits a before-work crowd. Nobody describes the facility itself, showers, or parking. Those are quick questions for a call or a first free session.

Who it's not for

If you want to lift on your own schedule with no coach and no class clock, a 30-minute group format isn't that. If a workout that's "never easy" sounds like a deterrent rather than a draw, this one leans hard into intensity. And if you're strictly price-shopping, the silence on cost suggests it isn't the cheapest option in town.

FAQ

How long are the classes?

Thirty minutes. Multiple members cite the short format as the main reason they stay consistent.

Are the workouts beginner-friendly or intense?

Both can be true. Reviewers call them scalable enough to keep coming back, but a long-term member is blunt that they're "never (ever) easy."

How much does it cost?

None of the available reviews list a price for classes or the nutrition plan. Contact the gym directly to confirm rates.

After getting back from Spring Break, I knew I needed a change. I had tried absolutely EVERYTHING, and nothing that used to work for me was working anymore. I was desperate to avoid going into another summer feeling crummy, so I promptly signed up for Crush It Fit. I went to my first class on April 28 and instantly loved it - after all, anyone can find 30 minutes! A few weeks later, I decided to add the nutrition plan. In just under 6 weeks, I am already down 14 pounds! I feel incredible, both inside and out. Thank you so much, Doug!

Amazing gym! The 30 minute workouts are full body and fast paced so a great workout in half the time! Would highly recommend!

I've been taking classes for less than a month, and wish I started years ago. I just love it! The thirty minute classes are so easy to fit into my schedule. And Doug keeps things interesting by rotating us through loads of exercises each class. No chance of getting bored and I feel great afterwards. A year ago, I joined another fitness center and this is so much better. Instead of feeling drained afterwards, and bored to tears, I'm excited about working out again. Thanks, Doug!

I joined Crush It a year and a half ago and that is a testament to how easy Doug makes you want to commit. I've never been this consistent or made it this long at any other gym. At Crush It, I can just walk into any class and immediately get to work. To be clear, the workouts are never (ever) easy but Doug always keeps it fresh and different and doesn't waste a second. The 30-minute classes are effective and it's great knowing with certainty that I will always leave a class covered in sweat and satisfied with my workout. Also, I can finally (finally!) do proper, legit push-ups. Oh, and punching stuff is really fun.
