Small, but lots of personal attention with trainers who are passionate about their clients and work
Recently finished a 6 week program here and I have to say this is the best fitness experience I've ever had. They make it a point to know every single member, and to help you with your goals. The culture and environment the team here has created is warm and inviting. You look forward to going in for a good sweat. Myself being a larger guy never felt out of place, and I look forward to continuing coming here.
Best decision I made in April to join and I’m hooked! Absolutely 100% love Conca, the trainers and members!!! 👍🏼👍 🏼👍🏼
Conca Sport and Fitness’ Fit In 42 program has been a life changing experience from Day 1. High quality personalized coaching, individualized nutrition plans and a warm, inviting and incredibly supportive environment. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a structured program with real measurable results. Be prepared to be challenged. If you give it your best, it delivers.
Steve Conca and his trainers are amazing. This is a new experience for me and I am so glad I found them! Super supportive, fun environment and I've never felt self conscious about myself. From the trainers to the clients, everyone comes together to support each other. You will get the knowledge you need to be a better healthier you, and they definitely stand behind you to make sure you succeed!
