Focus Movement Therapy

Big thanks to Aleisha and Erik at Focus Movement Therapy for keeping my body in shape while i was loading it with miles. Not only did you keep me in shape but the body maintenance plans kept my confidence up during the successful Everesting on the weekend. Thanks again, you guys are brilliant.

Alanna helped me with referred pain in my arm due to Computer work. She was very professional and I would recommend highly. Amazing results in reducing my pain and clearly highly skilled in the medical sciences. Don't be intimidated by the gym machines, you might not even use them in your treatment. ;)

The people at focus are friendly and fantastic. they are focused on outcomes and results instead of clock watching. Aleisha did a great job with helping out a knee problem that is well on the road to recovery now. highly recommended.

The guys at Focus Physio and Pilate are fantastic. As a local elite athlete (gymnastics) I have tried most the of clinics around Newcastle with varying success. When I tried focus they instantly showed a interested in my unique sport. I now have regular treatment at focus and fell very welcomed and looked after by the expert team. Since being treated at Focus i have had been able to train more often and pain free. Thanks so much Focus!

I would probably describe myself as the least likely person to be doing Pilates - but after my initial hesitation I now love it! I have been with Focus for almost a year and a half now, and have made enormous progress in balance, strength and flexibility. I can now touch my toes! The Pilates instructors are fun, knowledgeable and great at providing that extra bit of motivation when I just don't really feel like it. Aleisha & Eric are superb physios, and I don't say that lightly. Their tailored exercise & treatment plan takes my injuries and goals into account, and I am moving better than ever before. Chronic pain has disappeared, and I am hoping to return to running soon...something I had completely given up on. Highly recommended.
