Capehart Gym is operated by North Highlands Recreation and Park District. The gym includes a full size basketball court and can also be set up for volleyball and pickle ball. Capehart is also available for rent through the Park District.
Love this facility my daughter plays basketball with nhrpd as well as my son the staff here is preaty amazing particularly I must mention Couch Stills he's awesome with the kids and pushes them just enough to make them want to do better to impress I'm amazed at his devotion to this program and the kids my hats off to u Couch Stills
My kids played seasonal basketball here. Great indoor facilities and can accommodate Littles. Has retractable stands. Awesome staff too.
Lot of excuses why not to open the doors up in time for you to get ready for your games 10 minutes is not enough time.
