Amazing local gym. It's never crowded and has everything you need - weights, cardio and milon equipment. Lovely environment to train in. Alex and Marc have been so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The team at Milon are amazing people that truly helped me when I was going through a very rough patch in my life. The Gym itself is very clean, extremely modern and has great equipment that is always in excellent working order. The location is fantastic directly across the road from the beach. I cant recommend this place enough, its a MUST SEE & MUST JOIN AS A MEMBER!!!!
Great gym with a view (if you have time to enjoy whilst working out) at Marina Mirage. Great modern equipment , and a fantastic system to workout to. Love how the machines auto adjust to your measurements and set requirements . You can use the Milon app to follow how you are going . Just joined recently (when they reopened ) and love the training system . Great friendly staff and fellow gym workoutees!
