Illuminate Mind Body Spirit Spiritual Healing Meditation

I can't say enough good things about this place! They offer so many wonderful services, groups, and classes that not many other places around here offer. I've made some great connections here, and I'm so grateful to have somewhere to go for spiritual support and development and to be in community with like-minded people.

I heard about Reiki years ago, but never gave it much thought. I honestly would probably have never given it a try if it weren't for the fact that I got to know Suzanne Brooks from the gym where we both workout. Suzanne is one of the sweetest, most sincere person you will ever meet. She truly cares about people. She has such loving energy. So when she suggested I try a session, of course I said I would. I went to a couple of group sessions a while back, which were wonderful ( kinda fun to do it with a group of people, especially when at least one is a friend). I just did a one on one session with her for the first time & wow! Even better! The calmness and peacefulness that begins to envelope you from the moment you walk into her "special room". The lighting, the sounds of nature, low calming sound of peaceful "music". You begin to feel your stress & anxiety start to dissipate immediately. That's just the beginning. You are fully clothed, special pillows & blankets are used with a very light touch. You feel cared for in a way that a loving mother might have given you as a child. For that one hour, you are truly worry free, peaceful & safe. If you've never tried Reiki, now is the time. Especially if you're not a massage person, (like my husband) but he did a Reiki session and loved it. ( and he was a total skeptic). So don't wait another minute, you will truly be amazed! A.K.A.
