top! no pain no gain
This is one of my best gym that I visited. Wonderful staff from reception to trainers to the people in gym... Best machines like technogym 10/10. Hygiene is everything in gyms nowadays and this is what you will find in healthcity top hygiene everything is amazing in this gym more than 5 stars
Great location, high quality materials and always well maintained. Good hygiene level. Pricie/Quality is higher compared to the other chains and I tried them all.
Very poor management from the gym. I was supposed to get a free month because I recommended to someone the gym and he subscribed. I've never received what is due to me
Great Trainers, Great group classes; however, the service at the reception desk needs urgent imrovement. I understand that in Paris, the service generally awful but this gym positions itself as upscale and the fees are not cheap but the receptionists are just too unpleasant to ever ask for anything. My favourite was when the air conditioning in the collective courses room was not working - the tall guy with glasses at the reception told me I am wrong, that he works there everyday and it is not brocken and that I should not lie. I guess all 35 people who were taking classes there with me were also lying...
