An intimate place, very nice trainers, flexible hours, neat and hygienic. Good results.
Very good EMS club. Training for now only static, but it is supposed to change. We are happy to try dynamic training. Cool promotions with doubling training, flexible opening hours. Trainers with a lot of knowledge (especially a nod to Mr. Wojtek) and a sense of humor. The client feels really appreciated and cared for there. It's just nice to come here, although the trainings are not easy ... :)
EMS is an interesting training method. You can't count on miracles and you have to come regularly. Trainers have knowledge and want to share it. The place itself is quite pleasant
When assessing, two things should be separated: the ElectroGym-Fit club and the EMS training itself, because it is still a novelty. Using the gym we know what to expect and expect some standards. And in the EMS training you have to find out for the method itself. The club is ok, i.e. it provides everything you need. The decor is basic and good, because no decorations are needed for training. The team focuses on clients and not on interior beautification. The coach explains everything patiently and answers questions. He is available at all times. You can make an appointment for any hour, do not work at standard time. You can be in the morning and that the training takes only a short time, it will be easy to work. Training itself is the second thing. Actually, you do not exercise yourself, but that does not mean it is easy and pleasant. However, the most important thing is effectiveness in the context of quite high training prices. After 8 training I have better condition and my back has stopped hurting. I lost a little less than I wanted but I am taking the Christmas holiday patch. - 2.5 kg is something and the weight shows more muscles at the expense of fat.
The club is overwhelmed but training is difficult. For the effects to be diet :(
