My name is Jessica, and I’m a proud member of Village Gym Dudley. I gave the gym five stars not only for its excellent equipment but especially for its incredible staff. They are friendly, supportive, and consistently deliver outstanding staff appreciation moments through their kindness and professionalism.Their positive attitude makes every visit enjoyable, and I truly feel valued as a member. I’m very happy to be part of Village Gym and will gladly recommend it to my family and friends.
I’ve only had a few sessions so far, but I’m already feeling much more confident in the gym. Alayha explains everything really well and always checks my form, making sure I’m doing each exercise safely and correctly. She takes the time to adapt the workouts to suit my individual needs, so I always feel challenged without feeling overwhelmed. I never feel rushed or judged, and every session has been really positive. I’m looking forward to seeing more progress, and I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer.
Joined the gym from a basic model gym and was sceptical about the price hike between gyms. Can safely say it’s worth every penny! The place feels more like a holiday resort. It’s just a nice place to be! Staff are 10/10 and have been really helpful and chatty. The access to the pool, sauna, steam room and cold plunge really helps with unwinding after a weights session, Wish I’d have joined years ago!
Right then, where do I start? I was looking for a diverse workout routine with amenities to recharge and bring my peace back. I decided to give a Village Gym a go and I couldn't be any happier. 1. A car park around the gym is massive, first four hours of free stay, so that's a bonus 🚗 2. Claire helped me with a gym tour and all the paperwork to get me signed up. She's an amazing, professional and very friendly person, very happy to answer all your questions 🌺🌺 3. The membership gives you access to the gym, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, variety of brilliant classes, PTs. You'll also get discounts and perks. The app is great - I was thrilled to see a personalised training I can follow as I'm not a gym pro just yet. All facilities well maintained, well equipped, neat and tidy (including spacious changing rooms). Don't forget your padlock 🔐
Just want to start with how great the facilities are everything under one roof I don’t have to go to any other club in the area as everything suits my needs in Village Dudley , secondly the staff are very friendly receptionists I.e on entry Leanne she is wonderful and kind as always one guy I see you running around whizzing cleaning making sure all members are happy comfortable and supported at any time. I think his name is sancho hats off to him, but also all of the other staff member members that work for the Village Gym as well When I’m in the gym, the stuff have always helped when I’ve needed it and I would definitely recommend friends or family to use these facilities and all the other extras within the hotel Excellent venue !!
