Started on a 60 day challenge and have never looked back! I lost 34 pounds in that 60 days but I gained so much more; strength, confidence, and a fit family! A year and a half later and I'm still in love with my gym!
When I first took advantage of the 3 free workouts, I was skeptical. At 300+ pounds with bad knees, I thought the workouts would be impossible. But the trainer (Aric) is amazing and modifies anything that would cause me injury, and always makes sure my form is correct. After my 4-week Groupon was up, I joined the 6-week challenge. I'm stronger, losing weight, and now addicted to my daily burn. The staff and members are welcoming and encouraging. This place is a life changer, for sure. I truly feel like I've joined a supportive family.
Love FBBC the staff is an amazing and a awesome support group! The trainer Aric is constantly changing the workouts everyday never the same routine. He motivates you to do your best! The gym is clean and well maintained. Definitely highly recommend the gym you will not regret it!
Just started FBBC on March 12th. I absolutely love the workouts and support given by staff and coaches. I gave done another Boot Camp before, but this one has amazing meal plan with tons of choices and easy to follow. I lost 6.6 lbs my first week. I highly recommend this camp.
I've never been pushed so hard to do my best, and be my best. The trainers and staff are incredibly friendly, the gym is kept clean, and the fellow members are awesome. We work as a team and push each other. This has by far been the best work out / gym experience I've ever had. Thanks FBBC!
