Strong Together Roxbury CrossFit is on Route 10 in Succasunna, New Jersey. It holds a perfect 5.0 rating from 73 Google reviews. The record stopped in January 2020.
Seventy-three ratings and none below five. Before you read the reviews, understand what's producing that number, because it isn't a mystery.
It's Built Around A Six-Week Challenge
Three of the five reviews mention it explicitly.
A member in January 2020: "I ALWAYS quit anything fitness related within a month of starting but this was different! I was able to lose 19 pounds by doing the 6 week program!"
A member in May 2019: "After the six week challenge I can fit into clothes I never thought I would fit into again. I'm in the best shape of my life!"
A member in August 2019: "Do everything the coaching team tells you to do and you will be stronger, fitter, and thinner in six weeks. They will help you with accountability, exercise, and food consumed. I am not an athlete. I started my journey at 262 pounds. Once I plateaued doing it on my own, I looked for a partner to help me reach my goals."
Here's why that matters for the rating. A six-week transformation challenge produces reviews at the finish line, from people who finished. Someone who dropped out in week two doesn't write anything. So a 5.0 across 73 people isn't 73 people saying the gym is flawless; it's 73 people who completed something hard and are pleased.
That's not a criticism. Nineteen pounds is nineteen pounds, and the woman who started at 262 and kept going is telling you something real. It's a note about what the number measures.
Coach Frank Is The Gym
He's named in four of the five reviews.
A member in May 2019: "Frank will give you exercises if you can't do the ones assigned to everyone and he will push you to get to those workouts you couldn't do."
That's the most useful sentence here. Scaling, by name, from someone who needed it. CrossFit lives or dies on whether the coach adapts the workout to the person in front of him, and one member says he does.
A member in January 2020: "Frank is an amazing coach who helped me with my diet and showed me how to do different exercises correctly."
A member in August 2019: "Coach Frank and his team show and teach you all the skills to make sure you understand, and are doing each movement correctly."
Diet help, form coaching, scaling. Another member names Jen for answering questions quickly.
Six years is a long time for a small box, though, and this record rests entirely on one man's name.
Who It's For, Plainly
People who want to be told what to do, watched, and held to it. Every reviewer describes accountability rather than freedom.
A member in August 2019 puts it as an instruction: "Do everything the coaching team tells you to do." That's the deal.
Who it's not for: anyone who wants to run their own programme, anyone who'd resent being asked about their food, and anyone allergic to the word challenge.
What's Missing
No opening hours at all. No phone number. No pricing, which for a six-week challenge model is the thing you'd most want, since those are usually sold as a package rather than a membership.
The site is roxburycrossfit.com. Given nothing here is newer than January 2020, that's where I'd start.

FAQ
What's the six-week programme?
A coached challenge covering training, accountability and diet. Members report losing 19 pounds and dropping clothes sizes over one round.
Will they scale workouts?
A member says Coach Frank gives alternative exercises when you can't do the assigned ones, and works you toward them.
Why is the rating a perfect 5.0?
It comes from 73 ratings with none below five. A challenge-based model collects reviews from people who finished; those who dropped out don't write.
How current is the record?
It isn't. The newest review is from January 2020.
