I have visited many PF locations in northern NJ and this location is in my top 2. I have visited this gym early morning between 5am-6:30am on weekdays. The gentleman at the front desk is always super friendly, greets members when they are coming and going. I have to give a shout out to the gentleman who cleans the gym in the morning. He uses a cleaning machine on the floors and actually lifts treadmills to clean underneath! I have not seen this done at any other location. The gentleman is amazing at his job and keeps this gym immaculate. Cleaning supplies are always well stocked and readily available for members to use to clean the equipment after use. This location has a really great vibe, great customer service and cleanliness is top notch!
This place it super busy which is good, because they are making money. People don't typically linger at machines or with weights so usually I'm getting my workout done quickly. Most people wipe down machines when they are finished.
This gym started out great but the teen program in the summer time will make me cancel my membership. It would be beneficial to both the teens and adults if the teens had specific time frames to be in the gym. The teens are rude, taking up the machines and not working out but making tik toks. This takes away from the adults who are actually there to workout. It's a great program but not beneficial.
Poor layout, overcrowded, machine cleaning battles all empty and paper towels sparse, machines so close you bump into neighbors and layout totally illogical. Staff pretend to be diligently working, but based on status of the facility they're not fooling anyone. Lastly, parts of the building habe construction cones amd caution tape with plywood haphazardly placed on holes in walls. Furthermore, trim and other part literally littered around equipment. DANGEROUS, CROWDED, POOR SERVICE AND A WASTE OF MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP. Proceed at your own physical risk amd financial perils! (Only some photos due to constant over the shoulder of staff/patrons)
