This gym is filled with talented trainers and motivating individuals. I feel so lucky to be a part of the community here. It's truly the highlight of my day to show up, work hard, and leave knowing that I received a truly challenging workout. I highly recommend trying this gym out (even if group classes aren't your thing.) From a practical standpoint, street parking is never an issue (and the gym will even give you quarters to fill the meters!) Pre workout you're allowed to come in early and stretch and foam roll which is excellent. Post workout, showers are clean and towels are provided. Try this gym out! You'll love it!

I have never been into working out. I've tried and failed with gym memberships, at home workouts, etc. but then, F45 opened and it's really been incredible. I never thought I would be the person who wakes up and actually looks forward to an early morning workout but the trainers and the environment are so welcoming and encouraging that I pop up with a smile the moment my alarm goes off. And of course, the results that I am already seeing are motivating as well ;) I feel more energized, strong, lean! Can't wait to continue on this workout journey with my F45 team 💪🏼🙌🏼
This type of workout is dangerous for most, especially entry level. The employees are cool and deserve a raise. The owner Aaron has no clue what he is doing. I do NOT recommend this place.
