Skf Crawley Dojo Family Martial Arts Karate And Kickboxing

Jacey and Lauren run SKF with love and passion, bringing a family feel to the club which I've never seen matched elsewhere, it really is a second family which I am proud to be a part of. I started training with Jacey and Tony when I was around 9 years old, and I'm so thankful to my parents for bringing me there, as it's now an integral part of my life. I am now an instructor at the Dojo and I love encouraging the love of martial arts to our students. We train in traditional Wado Ryu Karate as well as sport Kickboxing, with sessions every day of the week.

I joined SKF karate in lockdown June 2020 with my son. It started as a way to keep fit and fill my time but soon became much more. I wasn’t going to grade to get my coloured belts but I found it so rewarding I was soon hooked. Jacey who is the chief instructor is so motivating along with his great team of instructors. It’s a family run business, his wife Lauren teaches yoga and 3 girls are all involved too. I look forward to every lesson and with prerecorded classes you can do in your own time if you like. Nothing is to much trouble, it’s like an extended family as all members are so helpful. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this club to anyone, amazing. I am still going strong 3 years later and now a brown belt. I am also competing in Kata competitions occasionally.

My Son Jack has been coming to SKF dojo for over a year now and really enjoys his training, and he is excited to be progressing up the belts. He has also made some new friends along the way! The instructors are brilliant with the kids, and their training helps with discipline and other positive attributes. The family classes are also a fun way to introduce you kids to the training as you can train alongside. We Would definitely recommend SKF dojo!
