This is an excellent gym and dance enter which we have been coming to for many years. It also offers swimming and various sports. The place is always tidy and clean and the cafe attached is excellent with well cooked food and a range of drinks. It's excellent for children too with family swim time and lessons

Lovely pool although changing rooms were swapped over and being worked on last time so a little awkward until that's done. Wish staff would sometimes tell people not to continuously dive bomb into the pool from the deep end. Almost died a few times from jumpers... ahaha. Most pools make this against the rules but seems not here.

Impressive range of classes and top quality gym and sauna and steam rooms for a local authority sports centre. Bowling and cafe recent-ish additions. Prices are close to commercial gym operators. Lacks a squash court though and pool is always cool and a bit dated.

We went there for baby swimming a while ago. The facility on its own is very good. The gym alright, the classes are varied. I would recommend another baby swimming because they do not have heated pool. It's just a normal swimming pool and they are using the shallow end for this class. I know, you can buy a wet suit but c'mon....
