Being back to the gym after a few months off was pretty tough! One of the girls who works here Cassandra K has really been helping me with my fitness goals and always making sure I’m motivated and I can’t thank her enough! I look forward to seeing her when I workout because it’s always nice to see a friendly face.

This is my favourite gym ever! I was a little nervous starting at a new gym, but Cassandra K was a wonderful help and got me get comfortable with it all! Overall a wonderful atmosphere and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new gym.

Love visiting this location very much. Cassandra K is an energetic individual that is very welcoming every time I make it to the gym. The energy that shown is so motivating and pumps me up for my workout. Such a positive environment and always look forward to coming back.

Went back to Goodlife today for the first time since re-open. Super clean and super staff. Hannah at the front desk was especially awesome. She answered all my questions and really made me feel safe and welcomed at the gym.

Been going there for a long time, the equipment are decent, the staff couldn’t care less if you were there or not. All in all it’s not bad but if I had an alternative in my area I’d definitely switch. Slightly pricey for what you get
