Ive just completed the transform 6 week challenge at Elite: Stockton . 20lbs was the target and ive managed 26.8lbs which im over the moon with. Consists of 3 group training sessions a week for 6 weeks with weekly weigh ins to keep us on track and target. I find elite better than going to a gym which can be boring at times. The trainers push and motivate us at Elite at our own pace and offer alternative exercises if people are struggling. The hardest part is starting. Once you sign up and get there doing the exercises and weight dropping off each week you feel great. Food plans are provided and any other advice needed the trainers are on hand with plenty of advice and tips. Ive struggled with my weight for a long time. If this works for me it can for you. I highly recommend elite. What have you got to lose apart from weight. Best thing you can do is invest in your health.

Six weeks ago I started the Elite Transform at Elite: Stockton. Today I finished and lost 25.9lbs. A range of different enjoyable sessions led by TK, Donna and Ben. If anyone is interested in, I would highly recommend giving it a go.
Just finished the 28 day challenge and I’ve managed to lose 16lbs. Absolutely chuffed with that. The meal plan is much more interesting than most and the gym sessions are great. The trainers really push you to do your best and achieve your goals. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of giving it a try. But if you want your money back- you probably won’t get it. I’ve been ringing and emailing since March with no results- just keep getting fobbed off by “finance”. Why advertise this as refundable if you have no intention of refunding anyone?
