Decent gym. A lot of equipment but really weird layout. Everything is split up.

There's a disproportionately larger area dedicated to machines than free weights. Considering most gym rats go for the free weights, the result is a gym that's not crowded, but you somehow still have to wait for people to finish their sets before getting your workout done. The lockers are also tiny.

Great gym. Best times to go are 0500 on weekdays and 1200 on weekends.

Well stocked gym. The hours of this gym seem to be different almost everytime I went here although when it is open it is a nice gym with lots of machines and weights.

Pool hours are 0500-2100. A manager closed the unoccupied pool without prior notice to me and my children while my eldest had his lesson on the other side. Assertively, I proceeded to swim as I intended to. She then called the MP who kindly asked me to exit the pool for liability reasons. I refused and asked him to explain the liability as from my perspective was unreasonable. According to the manager who made the report, the lifeguards present were inadequately trained to guard patrons at both ends of the pool during lessons, but I would be able to resume my swim at 1800. The lesson was from 1650-1720 Still, this is nonsense. Either way, the management failed to articulate a reasonable explanation to the abrupt new rule and change of recreational swim hours during swim lessons. I was determined to swim and not let my children sit there sobbing while their older brother had his lesson. We had our swim and self- advocacy. Perhaps, the Life guards will be adequately trained and management will work toward a reasonable solution and this will no longer be a hindrance.
