I have been dealing with CHRONIC low back pain for 18 years...I was a Junior in highschool when the never ending pain began. It has resulted in level 9 pain 3 days after everytime i played ball...Eventually i tore my patella tendon....Then constant shoulder pain.....til i started having thoracic back spasms every few months that would damn near paralyze me for a day or 2. It took me finding coach Gary at goata to realize my body was not being organized properly, when resting and moving - resulting in daily issues. i have been doing the recode for 3 weeks and this has been the first 3 weeks i have been pain free in 18 YEARS!!! This stuff works, in an amazing way- i've tried EVERY form of therapy and this is the FIRST to actually solve the problem-QUICK!
