A wonderful dance studio that has just opened. I've already attended two classes and I'm very satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. The instructors, Natalia and Kasia, are very kind, polite, and truly professional. They explain everything clearly and pay great attention to details and to each student. An additional plus is that communication in English is easy and natural, which is very convenient. I definitely recommend this studio and will happily continue training here.
I went there, experienced the barre exercises 👯 and barbells 🏋️♂️, and I highly recommend it 👍❤️. The people and atmosphere were great. The instructors' professionalism, commitment, and openness to people made an impression on me, and I've already been through "a few" places in my life 😀. Thanks, Sister, for getting me out of there 😘
I had the pleasure of attending the studio's opening day and trying a few different classes - and I'm thrilled! The studio is beautiful, very feminine, and full of positive energy, and the instructors are incredibly inspiring and passionate. Shakti Dance is incredibly deep work with the body and awareness. It's a harmonious combination of fluid movement, stretching, breathwork, and meditation. The classes allow you to slow down, turn your attention inward, feel the subtlety of your body, and better connect with your emotions. The instructor is incredibly inspiring - her commitment and authenticity are evident. She generously shares her warmth, energy, and mindfulness. I also particularly enjoyed the Latino cardio - high energy, dynamic movements, and Latin rhythms that instantly lift your spirits. It's not just a workout, but also great fun and a real challenge for the mind - lots of new moves, coordination, and "new neural connections" that you'll want to learn more. The instructor's energy is literally contagious! It's the perfect class to escape from everyday life and discover the potential of your body through dance. There's something special about this place. I'll definitely be back 🌸
Really great place with amazing people. I enjoyed a lot the barre classes and I'll return for sure. There is a spacious parking in front of the entrance.
