Quaint, Intimate, Spacious OCR/Ninja Gym The available equipment and space is exactly what I need for my Obstacle Course Race and Ninja style training: warped wall, quintuple steps, climbing ropes, olympic rings, high bars, turf with weighted sleds, tires, climbing rigs, rock holds, grip trainers. I never expected to find this gem out here! They also have meals for purchase. Quick refrigerated meals with a healthy amount of protein for an immediate recovery after your workout.
Love this place. Great atmosphere and great trainers!!!
