I’ve been attending classes at Pilates Fix Dundalk for a while now and look forward to classes every weekend. All of the instructors are amazing and they cater to all levels, I was at ease and made feel so welcome from the very first class I attended and couldn’t wait to keep getting back each weekend for a great workout ❤️ definitely recommend giving the tower class a go also
I have been going to Pilates in Dundalk studio now for over a year. There is Reformer classes and Tower Mat classes so it is nice to mix it up. The instructors are amazing! I've noticed a difference in my energy, flexibility and my mood. Definitly would recommend trying out one of these classes
I absolutely love the girls at this studio, especially Nicole and Rachel. They make me feel welcome and comfortable during every exercise. They’re incredibly encouraging and truly talented in everything they do with Pilates ❤️
Absolutely fantastic Pilates classes! I’ve been doing Pilates here for over a year now and I’m so grateful to have such a friendly, professional and welcoming Pilates studio in my area. Rachel is amazing at what she does, she is a total pro and makes everyone feel at home no matter what level you’re at. I cannot recommend Pilates Fix Studio enough!
