Love this gym been coming here for about 4 years now, I train with Anthony from Method Training. Hes such an amazing trainer and really has changed my physique night and day. Golds has changed a lot in a GREAT way. The staff is ALWAYS so great, always greeted anytime i have a membership issue I always go to Serena or Viviana two of the nicest, kindest girls ever always answer my questions and solves my problems! Over all such a great experience at this gym every time

The memberships are too expensive and the staff isn't that nice. It's a good day at the gym when I don't have to talk to someone at the front desk. Management should make sure that front desk people are giving accurate information, as I get totally different answers from different employees for the same question.

I am usually not the one to write a bad review, but after continuous rudeness I feel this should be addressed. I have been going to this gym for a little over two years now and I have personally saw the decline in service here. Many of the people who are employees of this gym are extremely rude and disrespectful. I want to note that I am not saying all employees of this gym are rude. This gym is poorly run and even high up staff members act immature and rude. When i used to enter the gym when Justin was working I felted welcomed and comfortable. As opposed to now: I walk in, rarely get a hello, and see the staff talking together. Especially Serena Scott who I would expect more of considering that she holds a higher position (and has an office of her own). Most of the time I see her chatting with other staff members or her personal friends. So much that she does not even acknowledge gym members. Ever since she received a higher position I have realized many things start to go wrong, including some of the people shes hired. I really hope this is corrected or I will unfortunately be leaving this gym for good.
