Awesome!
Premium is a really nice gym. The facilities are always clean and the staff are friendly - special shout out to Avery. It’s just a much nicer vibe than any other gym I’ve been to, and it’s never overly busy too! For the equivalent extra price of a coffee each week, I think it’s definitely worth the upgrade to premium.
Sublime experience 10/10 💪
There is a staff there who is not very responsible, providing poor customer service and having poor problem solving skill. The customer service team should have a better internal communication. The lockers should be checked regularly, they sometimes stop working so that I have to look for staff assistance. Once I needed to wait around an hour to let someone open my locker. During the time, I made 5 calls and had been so worried to get a parking ticket coz my car key was in the locker. After that, I received no apology but was told that the staff deserve to have a rest. It was very unhappy experience!
Zap Premium Salamanca holds 4.3 out of 5 across 39 Google reviews. Read a few of them rather than the average alone, since a single score hides whether people are praising the equipment or the staff.
