I've trained here while on vacation and the facility is really one of the best I have seen in all of Italy. On top of that, the owner is super welcoming, the mats are clean and the whole team is friendly. Next to that they are equiped with everything needed for weight lifting.

Great Jiu-jitsu Gym! It's like heaven for grapplers, since they run multiple classes everyday. If I every come back to Cagliari, I will get an hotel nearby and train all day long😉👍

The best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Sardinia. Top notch technical instruction in a very friendly and welcoming environment. I came in to train as a black belt on vacation in Cagliari and I was very impressed by Professor Alberto Diaz's teaching, as well as his outstanding grappling. I would highly recommend this academy for students of all experience levels. Thank you, Professor and the team, for such a great experience!
