App wouldn't let me into the gym even though the website was advertising that they were back open 24/7. I could see that there were 2 people inside working out. No booking platform on their website. Seems like they haven't updated their Member ID app to let people in after hours. No 24/7 phone number to call. Depressing walk home in the cold. Perhaps the worst 'gym session' of my life.
