The classes at GMBB challenge you constantly. You walk through the door and you are never entirely sure what to expect. It could be a session that is high intensity and fast paced or a session focusing on strength and technique. The best part is that you are pushed in all areas and it is because of this that I have been able to do things that I never thought I could do. Having such an all rounded approach sets this gym apart from all others
