Absolutely in love with Coreplus Geelong! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by how clean and modern the place is, the reformer beds and mats are amazing, the whole atmosphere is incredibly inviting and aesthetic and all the staff are lovely. There’s also a variety of reformer classes. The price might seem a bit steep (every reformer business is), but it's worth it for the experience you get. Highly recommend!
Love this studio. I did the month intro for mat and reformer. Have been able to try the variety of classes from yoga to reformer to the Cardio Strength hot Pilates (a definite workout). The instructors are all great and have been helpful in given advice to improve my posture or modify if needed. My favorite has to be Gabi with strength reformer but enjoy all the classes.
Amazing instructors The classes are intense but safe I joined two years ago, after a bad accident. I started in reformer which was extremely helpful especially with my knees and this class helped me to go back to exercising but without forcing my knees or aggravating my condition so it was great! But once I started in the hot room...I never went back! It's become my "me" time and couldn't love it more even if I tried...
