Astrid, Sally & the team have been absolutely amazing! I have never felt more comfortable with doing a workout before. My Hypoxi experience has been absolutely amazing - I tore my ligament in my ankle and because hypoxi is low impact, i have still been able to train, which has kept me sane! If you are on the fence about giving it a go, definitely go and check it out, you will be surprised just how good it is.
