Fantastic value! I love the martial arts classes
Great place to exercise, good set of machines.
Great facility, lots of proper equipment and an awesome matted area for calesthenics and sparring. The BJJ club there is of a very high caliber as well, I've trained all over the country and these guys are tough. Would recommend to anyone.
Need more gym equipment and machines, Too many members for small size gym at peak times and opening hours could be better at weekends
This has a very good Childrens set-up safe and with good coaching my little ones attend Mat Rats. They are here to learn discipline but I will not let them continue to train if such aggressive fighting martial arts that use weapons such as Krav Maga also take place in same venue, I am trying to protect them fro such things. Google Krav Maga to see what I mean. I will be sadly with drawing my children and nieces and nephew too.
