Honestly, couldn’t ask for a better trainer and gym experience. I’ve gotten stronger and much more consistent since training with Justin. I’ve never met a trainer that truly cares about your progress and results the way they do here! Gym is clean, well maintained and environment is never crowded which is a plus as well! Highly recommend!!

Personal training and the gym in general is definitely out of my comfort zone. After speaking with Justin I felt I felt more at ease and ready to start this journey. I just finished my first month and all I can say is that I am truly excited to go work out. I never thought I would ever say that. It is a no pressure environment and they make you feel comfortable. Not only that but after my first month the results show!
Overall I have had a great experience with the trainers here, especially as someone who began working out about 3 months ago. Everyone is supportive with reasonable expectations. The classes are challenging with there being room for beginners and experts alike. If you go with a personal trainer (as I do), they work around your schedule while also keeping you accountable to your workout goals. I have no complaints, and I hope to continue.
