After various experiences in other Pilates courses, I found the ideal trainer in Sylvia. Each lesson is carefully prepared and takes into account the individual possibilities of the course participants. Sylvia is professional and at the same time attentive and affectionate. We recommend!!!
Super lunch break. Sylvia does great, very individual Pilates classes. The groups are small and really fun. You can really feel how good the body feels afterwards.
Lunch Pilates at Sylvia is the best lunch break of the week. The training is great and very individual. This is sport that is really fun and I always feel better afterwards than before. :-)
I look forward to the Pilates class with Sylvia every week. She makes the lesson very varied and corrects us if necessary. I especially like Sylvia's positive and happy way, which motivates me every week to continue ... Thank you very much, very sympathetic!
After my back surgery, I specifically looked for an individual muscle. At Sylvia, I found the perfect trainer, who, through expertise and experience, gave me a training program tailored to my needs. I could not imagine a life without Pilates right now. LG Monika H.
