This gym has everything I need, and the staff is very helpful. They offer a nice variety of classes, as well.

Positives: -friendly people -nice open space for stretching, calisthenics, and ab work -they have a Jacobs Ladder -the manager is responsive to questions/concerns Negatives: -limited hours, especially during the weekends; they close at 5pm on Saturday and at 3pm on Sunday. This is a real bummer--they also close early during the workweek, at 9pm. -the music leaves a lot to be desired. The gym seems to be stuck in an old-school rock phase -they don't have a digital clock that presents seconds in big font/display, so that you can time your rest without using a watch or your phone
