BPM Fitness - Group Fitness and Personal Training Gym

London, Canada

BPM Fitness in London, Ontario shows 4.9/5 from 54 reviews, and its five written reviews, all from 2019, consistently describe a small-group fitness studio built specifically around making gym-intimidated newcomers feel comfortable.

A Detailed Account of a Holistic, Non-Intimidating Approach

Kristen Norwood's review is the most detailed here: "BPM is a friendly, non-intimidating environment. The BPM Team and members make you feel comfortable and encourage you to get the best workout, regardless of your fitness level. Their holistic approach to fitness and overall well-being is a breath of fresh air! The workouts are fun, a year ago I would never have put workout and fun in the same sentence, and very challenging. I definitely recommend BPM over any big chain gym!" I'd flag that direct comparison to big chain gyms, since it's a specific, considered preference rather than a general compliment.

A Detailed Account of Overcoming Gym Intimidation

Diane Yeo's review describes a personal turning point: "Going to BPM has been life-changing. Initially I was intimidated to go to a gym. It had been so long. BPM is different. It's a relaxed and welcoming environment with incredible trainers. I love it." I'd note that initially-intimidated framing directly, since it's a specific, personal barrier she describes BPM as having addressed, not just general friendliness.

An Additional Account of the Class Format and Focus

Megan Vandee's review describes the practical structure: "Small group fitness classes for all levels. BPM focuses on celebrating what your body can do and getting into a positive mindset around health and wellbeing. Also offers personal training, strength classes, yoga and nutrition." I'd treat that small-group framing directly, since it explains the format behind the comfortable atmosphere other reviewers describe.

Two Additional Accounts of Motivation and Community

Nellie deKoker's review reads: "BPM has been fantastic for me, the motivation from the coaches pushes you to do more and want more. It's fun and energetic and quick! Then the best part is you feel the endorphins and energy for the rest of the day." Stephanie MacDonald's review adds a practical note alongside her praise: "Great coaches, great community, great self care. The team at BPM keeps you motivated and accountable. Easy location to get to, with plenty of street parking."

What's Missing

No review states current class pricing. Nothing here confirms current class schedules or whether the specific coaches mentioned are still on staff, since every written review here dates to 2019.

Who It's Not For

Anyone looking for an open-floor gym with independent equipment access, since every review here describes structured, small-group classes and personal training specifically. Anyone who needs current pricing or scheduling confirmed, since no review states either.
