The team at ANYTIME KANGAROO FLAT have been so helpful and friendly. They always greet me by name and I don't just feel like another number as I have at other commercial gyms. Highly recommend this place!

NEW REVIEW- anytime fitness is now located at Lansell Square. This has a new modern layout with a lot of great facilities for everyone. Well priced and the staff are fantastic to chat too.

Who ever reviewed this prior went to the wrong address.. theres a cheesecake shop in Golden Square not kangaroo flat. Anyway, Anytime Fitness has modern machines, as well as the more traditional gym equipment. Several trainers are available most times if you are after assistance. The prices are reasonable for the access. There is video classes of many types and grades, so you dont even have to worry if you want to take a class on your own, as long as the room is available. I've been a member for over a year. There is always room for improvement.
