This is a great gym to get away from the overcrowding of a typical gym. The people here are super friendly and helpful that it doesn't matter if you're a pro or a first timer, you're sure to fit right in.

First time visitor toady. This is a bad a$$ gym! There is a great selection of equipment, everything from your standard deadlift/bench/squat to strong man equipment. I believe I spoke with the owner today, she was extremely sweet and stopped what she was doing to ask how my workout was as I was leaving. Highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to push their training to the next level. Commercial gyms can't compare to metro flex!
