Bikram Yoga Astoria Queens

Only place in Queens and Manhattan that still offers 90 minute Bikram classes. All the teachers are certified by Bikram. The owner is amazing and has a regular practice. She is a great teacher. All the teachers are amazing at this school!!!

A plethora of great instructors! The owner is also very friendly. Judgement free zone! But don't be late to class! This is TRULY a HOT Yoga studio. Having been to other "Hot" Yoga studio's there is no comparison. Skip the search and start here!

The room is very hot, in fact the hottest I've ever been to. Which is great, but the classes are always way too packed, and the facilities are dated. With only one shower working after morning class, it can be difficult to get clean and get to work on time.

Nancy, the owner was extremely rude and hang up on me! I purchased a Groupon for 1 month of yoga. I called today Bikram Yoga to ask what I should present before attending a class. I was told by Nancy, that I need to have a Groupon app and show the Bikram voucher. I don't have a Groupon app because I rarely use it and am not planning on downloading it. I asked if I can print out the confirmation. She said, no, I need to have an app. I tried to read the instructions that I received from Groupon but Nancy was talking over me. I was finally able to read where it says that I can bring a print out. Nancy said "Who even prints anything today?!" I absolutely have no words for her customer service skills. After I said that she has an attitude, she said that if I don't like their policy, I should refund the voucher so I did. The reason why I requested a refund from Groupon isn't the Bikram's policy but Nancy's poor behavior! She was talking down to me - her customer. I will never be the Bikram Yoga's customer nor people I know.
