Best in the business. Been coming here for 10 years and I always leave happy. Nice staff and knowledgeable instructors. As supervisor I've recommended this place to 100s of people and never gotten a complaint. Whether this is your first time applying for a permit or you're an experienced guard looking for a new training academy,ethis place will take good care of you. I recommend calling before going to ensure you have everything sorted out.
They are now called "United Security Institute". Used for Baton permit renewal. Very fast and professional service. Thank you. Give me 2 page baton renewal documents that you need to submit online renewal.
The service is reasonable. The staff is professional and respectful in my opinion issues I would say are 1.parking and 2. expect to spend a majority of your day both there at the site and at the shooting range class starts at 10 AM and by time I got home which was 25 miles it was 6pm you could expect to spend at least 5 to 8 hours after reviewing the test portion and filling out documents and performing your actual exam at the range and driving back to the location in LA. It is a bit of a hassle at times upside benefit you get the service you’re going there for…… so if you prefer convenience this wouldn’t be the place for you I think a better solution would be that once you complete your end range exam that the instructor contact the office and they email you your documents or fax them to you or provide the instructor with the documents on site so that once you complete your shooting, you are able to just leave instead of having to drive back to the office which is a bit of a inconvenience and gas prices huge frustration due to traffic, but that’s just my opinion.
Place is good ..service is awful we have class with 3 girls laughing very loud in the front Desk making plans for weekend plus two teachers in the class same room .im thought this office was professional this business has a lot time given service
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone service is so Bad.... I payed for 2 classes and they only Honer 1 after review they gave me a excuse saying it was passed some time and he couldn't honer my payment they only care about money and not the client they keep you 8 hours and don't have a RESETROOM for you to use you have to walk 2 blocks away to use the bathroom....teacher that taught my class followed me as I had a private call and said kept telling me to hang up as if he was more important then my family....spoke with the owner was rude makes sense why the the buissness dont look up to part
