Parkour Generations Brasil

Distrito Federal, Brazil

Parkour Generations Brasil shows a perfect 5.0 from 35 reviews, and every one of its five written reviews, all translated from Portuguese, is a parent describing their child's experience - not an adult member describing their own workout.

A Child Without Much Coordination or Strength

Cosme Cardoso's review is the most specific reason to read this page closely (translated from Portuguese): "We searched for a while for a parkour class for our 9-year-old son, since he doesn't have much gross motor coordination or much strength. We finally found this group of very good kids from Parkour Generations: careful with the children, they know what they're doing and pass on the exercises with a lot of wisdom, leaving the children calm to perform them." That's a parent who specifically chose a physically demanding discipline for a child who wasn't naturally coordinated or strong - and reports it working, which tells you more about the coaching approach than a generic compliment would.

Two Coaches, Named Across Independent Reviews

Guilherme Brasil, translated from Portuguese: "Without a doubt, Danilo and Daniel are the best Parkour teachers in Brasilia. They know how to work well with the kids and make the training sessions flow in a fun way." Thais C., translated from Portuguese, doesn't name them directly but describes the same quality: "What most enchants us is the zeal, care and patience of the teachers who really show they're prepared to deal with children." Two independent parents, both praising the same kind of attentiveness with children specifically - that's a pattern, not a coincidence.

Results a Parent Chose to Track

Ana Carolina Alcantara Vago, translated from Portuguese, describes her 13-year-old son's progress in specific terms: "He has developed self-confidence, physical skills like balance and strength, has related better to other classmates his age, and has also lost weight, which is important to him - after all, parkour is a huge physical activity, similar to a CrossFit, in my opinion!" That comparison to CrossFit is her own framing, not mine, but it's a useful calibration if you're wondering how physically demanding these classes actually are for a young teenager.

A Small Detail That Signals Seriousness

Thais C. adds one more thing worth keeping: "I found the welcome kit touching, because it shows how serious and careful they are with the sport's approach." A welcome kit for new students isn't something every after-school activity bothers with, and one parent reading it as evidence of seriousness is a small but real signal about how the program is run.

What's Missing

No review states a class price. Nothing in the five reviews describes the training space itself - indoor, outdoor, equipment used. All five reviewers are parents of children; nothing here represents an adult student's own experience, so if you're an adult considering parkour training yourself, this record won't tell you much.

Who It's Not For

Adults looking for their own parkour training - every review here is a parent describing a child's class. Anyone who needs a price up front, since none of the five reviews gives one.

FAQ

Is this for kids or adults?

Based on the written reviews, kids. All five reviewers are parents describing their children's classes, ranging in age from 9 to 13.

Who teaches the classes?

Two coaches, Danilo and Daniel, are named directly by one reviewer as the best parkour teachers in Brasilia; another reviewer separately praises the same care and patience with children without naming them.

Is parkour appropriate for a child who isn't naturally athletic?

At least one parent specifically enrolled a child with limited coordination and strength, and reports the coaches adapted the approach so the child could perform exercises calmly.

How physically demanding is it?

One parent compares the intensity to CrossFit, citing her son's weight loss and improved strength and balance over the course of his classes.
