Was in Galway recently for my wife and I’s wedding so I decided to stop in. Staff was very friendly and for ~€10, it was a pretty fair deal! Will go when we visit Galway again
I really do like this place - the 24 hour element is what completely sold me but it's clean with individual showers and the equipment is well maintained - also the music isn't intrusively loud
Dear all, I do hope this email finds you well. I would like to place my review and feedback towards all staff from Snap Fitness Galway. Since I don't know if there is more than one, I refer to the city centre branch. One of the purposes of this email is not only to praise the outstanding work she has been providing but also to the whole staff even though I don't know all the names. I do wish to extend this feedback to the whole team! I have been an active member from 2019 and during all these years I saw some staff members come and go. Nothing special or unusual with this, of course. Part of this process was to go through changes in relation to equipment and painting as in maintenance, cleanliness and everything connected to the physical gym per say. Nonetheless, I cannot remember when the new branch manager Vivian came to start working at the gym. What I can remember and tell goes like this: Always smiling and keen on helping the customers in any way she was able to; Clear instructions and full knowledge of the system and the facilities; Welcoming with an extremely positive attitude; Not being afraid of stepping up to do whatever was needed, including hoovering, cleaning a bathroom or re-staking the weights; Much more I'm not able to remember. My special thanks goes to Vivian as she has always been my person of contact within the gym and when I had to cancel - temporarily, I must say - due to my wedding and moving to a new place. Vivian not only congratulated me with a genuine smile but also regretted my leaving since we had indeed bonded to a very nice friendship. All in all, it is my greatest pleasure to praise Vivian and the team with this outstanding job well done. Please, make sure all the staff reads my email and if there is a specific link which I could repeat my words to the whole world to read, do not hesitate to contact me at any time. Very Good Experience here I went with a booking for an open gym on the class pass app and the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful , even offering to give me a tour around the place Will definitely be coming back Facilities are very good , well maintained
Gym is open 0/24 is great. Very clean. Very small gym,good showers. But only 3 showers,3 toilets,2 changing rooms only for everyone. No separate showers, toilet, changing rooms for Ladie's and Gen's I did freeze my account received email I will not be charged for next month but still getting changed full amount. No one will tell about cancellation policy 30days. Staff was very nice most of times and helpful but don't know to say hello or good morning.
