Just recently signed up mostly because longer working hours then my previous gym. But what can I say from my first visit the biggest straight is very large selection of machines which is most important part for me. I recommend.

Goals gym has a fantastic array of equipment. It's spacious and always feels like there's plenty of space and access to equipment for everyone. The staff are really friendly. I did a 4- week personal training course with Katie recently (once a week). I had never lifted weights before and she introduced me to a whole range of exercises in a supportive and friendly way. I'm 75 and have a bit of history of physical problems. Katie was very careful but encouraged me to do as much as possible. I can fully recommend the gym and Katie .
