TITLE Boxing Club Olathe

Let me just say that I am not nor have I ever been in the best shape. TITLE Boxing Club of Olathe has helped me get on the right path. I love the workout at this club. It has been a fantastic experience and I have always been treated kindly and I have never felt out of place. There is a ton of support and a great deal of encouragement by the staff and trainers. The personal training is something that I recommend. My husband and friends are telling me that they not only see a change in my body but also a change in my attitude. It is really nice to leave a class feeling accomplished, this feeling stays with me and because of that I am a better mother and wife. I highly recommend this club!

We've just recently become members at this location. So far our experience has been fantastic. It's the best workout I've ever done, a friendly and diverse group of members, and the staff is great. I would highly recommend Title Boxing to everyone. Most of our classes have been with Blydell and Bilal so far, both of who we really enjoy (even though we hate them during class!).

The management sucks. They would randomly fire good, fun, trainers for no reason other then they didn't like the music that has been picked for the workouts. Also I was assured that when my year contract was up they would stop charging my account. I signed up in July and got my last month free so payments should have stopped in July. Nope. August rolls around and I'm suddenly short on cash because they have charged me again. So I call, complain, get the run around. Oh we can't refund that money. But look your paid till October isn't that great? No. No it isn't. So I email them like they asked so they would have a record of me canceling my account. And I wait and I wait. No response. I chalk it up to their cruddy management and sadly forget about it. Here comes September. Oh look they stole more money from me. Great. Now they have taken 130 dollars from me and refuse to give it back.

The management is fundamentally dishonest. The former assistant manager, Barry Foval, repeatedly told me all I needed to do to cancel my month to month membership was give the club notice prior to the 21st of the month to cancel my membership and I would be charged nothing more. This, after I discovered the salesman added things to my contract after I had signed it without my permission and knowledge. Barry admitted the problem and fixed it. Months later I contacted the owner, Catherine Sadler, to cancel my membership. She refused to honor what Barry Foval had agreed to, and charged my account for another months fee just to punish me for canceling. Catherine Sadler even admitted in email that Barry had agreed I would not be charged additional fees, but she has my credit card number and she will do what she wants. They are fundamentally dishonest. I would not give them your credit card number.
